Oli Sloane is a highly versatile producer/director and shooting PD, known for delivering premium factual content that punches above its budget. He began his career on Sky 1’s RoadWars, filming with police for three years and developing a strong instinct for capturing fast-moving, unrepeatable action. He went on to produce across BBC daytime before moving into premium observational documentaries, including The Savoy and Special Needs Hotel. In 2016, he joined Channel 4’s ambitious off-grid series Eden as both a contributor and video storyteller. More recently, he has worked as a shooting series producer on technically demanding global productions such as Hurricane Man and Exploration Volcano, balancing international filming with complex multi-edit workflows. Oli combines editorial leadership with empathy, adaptability, and strong storytelling instincts. He is comfortable working away for extended periods, holds an iVisa and is an accomplished camera operator, shooting everything on this website.
